Let me tell you folks, you’ve tried the rest, now try the best! Jessica and Dallas kept me informed throughout the whole process of buying my dream home and quite simply made it look like a walk in the park. As I began my search for a home in Washington, in the Tri Cities, I was a bit nervous and completely out of my comfort zone. I was seeking a property from another state. Which can make it a little scary. I spent my off hours trying to research the housing market and still felt all alone. I ended up turning to a website that allowed me to contact a Real Estate office in the Tri Cities. With in minutes of my email post I was introduces to Jessica Ladralde at the Dream Team Real Estate office. She was a happy voice on the other end of the phone. My guiding light through the whole process. Jessica was so informative and professional.A real down to earth lady. It was easy talking to her about all my fears and concerns. Jessica was eager to answer all of my questions and help me find answers to other questions that came up along the way. We corresponded over the phone for several months. Finally, I was able to get a plane ticket and fly in to see her.Jessica offered to pick me up and wanted to show me around her city. Lisa Lowary is the most amazing buyers agent! We were 4 hours away during our purchase and she toured homes on video chat, with pictures, and took us on marathon home visits on days we could make it into town. It wasn’t the right house for me, but she was the right Realtor. After reviewing my specifications Lisa had a few houses for me to look at and I feel in love with one of the first. Lisa did a great job handling the purchase, even with some challenging circumstances outside of our control. I especially appreciated the prompt communication. After doing a great job with my house purchase, I also asked for Lisa to sell my existing house. She did an outstanding job dealing with a crazy busy open house and helping me to review the offers to find the right one.
